If the hired container(s) will be placed on a leased property, building site, estate or any other property owned by a 3rd party, a landlord notification must be signed by the landlord, property manager(s), responsible person, in authority, who gives permission to place the container on the said property. This notification confirms Storage WISE's title in the assets leased and that the leased assets may thus not become subject to any lien or hypothec which might exist over moveable property on the premises and nor may they be combed in any way.
The Landlord has insurance cover for Self Storage in place for its Tenants' assets or goods stored at the Landlord's premises, subject to the terms and conditions summarised in the 'COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER' available upon request. A monthly fee of R50 including VAT will be added to your rental payments If you choose to subscribe to the insurance cover.
BE INFORMED THAT NO CLAIM WHATSOEVER WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LANDLORD IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE INSURANCE COVER.
A claim will only be considered if your rental and insurance premium payments are up to date at the time of the incident. Rental or deposits paid cannot be 're-allocated' to insurance premiums.
Please indicate if you choose to subscribe or not to subscribe to the insurance cover by selecting the appropriate block below, confirming that you have been informed:
